Anyone interested in ski school, lessons? Do you have specific questions you want answered prior to your first ski day on Sunday? Please let me know and I'll get answers for you.

Postby StemChristie » Thu Dec 20, 2007 7:28 pm

Is there a grocery store close to our condo complex?

Grocery store options

Postby WinterTrips » Thu Dec 20, 2007 8:26 pm

There are a couple of grocery store options.

The closest to our condos will be the Upper Village Market
www.uppervillagemarket.com
Its just down the road a short way and along the shuttle bus route.

Another option is the MarketPlace IGA. This is the larger (cheaper?) of the two. Located in the Whistler MarketPlace, a large shopping area. This is also on the shuttle route but you do have to change from the #6 shuttle to the #5 shuttle on the way there and then back on the return trip. Not a big deal though, good way to get oriented to the Village a little bit.

There are several groceries that will take online orders and deliver to your condo.
The following site contains links to several of the groceries.
